Inside Our Sewing Department
Once our cutting team have finished hand cutting the hides for a customer's order, the individual pieces of leather are passed to our sewing team. In this short video, you will see one of our time served sewing team produce a seat cushion.

Whereas many companies will use strip studs on their furniture to save time and money, you can rest assured that every stud used on our furniture, is individually hand tacked in place.

Hand Antiquing
Hand Antiquing is the final stage of production for every piece of furniture that we upholster in an Antique effect leather. The dark top coat of the Antique effect leather is skilfully rubbed by hand to reveal the colour underneath. The end result is a beautiful two tone Antique finish.
