Option 1 : Ordering Online
A deposit of 10% of the total order value is required to process the order with the outstanding balance payable 5 days prior to delivery.
To complete an order online you will be required to enter your credit/debit details at the final stage of the checkout process
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Switch and Delta cards. We do not currently accept American Express. Please make sure to enter your exact billing information
(full name and billing address) as it appears on your credit card statement. All card payments are processed within 72 hours of receiving your order. All transaction are processed in a safe and secure manner.
Option 2 : Standard Payment
Please note that deposit payments by personal cheque are not available online. To place an order by personal cheque please contact us on 01204 368 413.

Deposits can be paid by either personal cheque or credit/debit card (please note that credit card payments will incur a 1% surcharge)
- Balances can be paid by either Building Society Cheque or Bankers Draft made payable to "Saxon Leather Upholstery Ltd"
- Balance payments by debit/credit card will be debited 5 days prior to delivery
- Balance payments by personal cheque are allowable but must be received seven days prior to the delivery date of your
furniture and have been cleared before delivery. Please make your personal cheque payable to "Saxon Leather Upholstery Ltd"
Option 3 : Payment on Finance
Please note that payments on finance are not available for online orders. To place an order on finance please contact us on 01204 368 413.
Saxon Leather offer Interest Free Credit* through
HITACHI CAPITAL CONSUMER FINANCE.
Sale prices are available on 10 Months Interest Free Credit*. A 25% deposit is required with the outstanding balance payable over 10 equal installments.
Non Sale prices are available on 30 Months Interest Free Credit**. A 15% deposit is required with the outstanding balance payable over 30 equal installments.
Finance applications can be either made by telephoning 01204 368413 or completing our interest free application form.
- When the finance has been approved the order will be confirmed in writing together with the date of delivery week.
- The required deposit will be requested at this time.
- Prior to the delivery week you will receive the relevant finance documents for you to read and sign.
- You will then be advised of the exact delivery day by our Transport department.
- When the goods have been delivered the signed finance agreement is handed to the driver in exchange for the goods.
- The first of the relevant equal monthly payments will then be deducted by Direct Debit approximately ONE MONTH AFTER RECEIPT
of the goods and continue on a monthly basis for the term of the agreement.
*Credit Example ~ 10 Months Interest Free: Cash price £1200, £300 deposit, 10 monthly payments of £90 with no interest. 0% APR typical.
**Credit Example ~ 30 Months Interest Free: Cash price £1200, £180 deposit, 30 monthly payments of £34 with no interest. 0% APR typical.
Option 4 : Export Payments
A deposit of 10% of the total order value is required with the order. The outstanding balance is payable prior to collection or when the goods are confirmed to be at the shippers prior to shipping.

VAT Exemption
The Value Added Tax (17.5%) will be deducted from all export orders outside the European Union.
If you are a tax registered company outside the UK but within the European Union you will be exempt of the Value Added Tax 17.5% tax.
To enable this we will require your company tax registration number.
Sale Tax
Local sales tax may apply in certain Countries and States outside the European Union.
Usually these taxes consist of a charge based upon the value of the goods.
